The location, in the oldest Singapore neighborhood, was perfect for exploring the Arab neighborhood and its rich cultural history. The service here was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as well as the free toiletries and electric kettle provided. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and unwind.

I recently stayed at Zen Premium in Kampong Glam for a business trip. The design of the room was unique, with separate work and sleep areas, and I loved the stairs leading up to the bed and bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a different menu each day. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and within walking distance of tourist spots. The staff, particularly the man at breakfast and the receptionist, were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness and overall look of the hotel were impressive, and the free amenities like the mobile phone and snacks were a nice touch.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the superb staff who were friendly and nice. the hotel's peaceful location and comfortable, clean accommodations made for a pleasant stay. We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the staff went above and beyond to assist us.
